This Edition is inspired by the legendary Countach, which was unveiled at the 1971 Geneva Motor Show. While the initial design of the Countach was revolutionary, it took a more evolutionary approach to updates through almost 2 decades on the market, culminating in the final “25th Anniversary” designed by none other than Horacio Pagani. After almost 20 years on the market, this final edition was a salute to the eccentric design that had firmly established this car in automotive history. 

With this coffee, we attempted to do the same by taking one of our most popular offerings, a single origin, Colombian, light roast, but sourcing one with an eccentric twist that captures the same boldness as the 25th Anniversary. As a result, this Edition features an exceptionally special and rare “Red Bourbon” coffee. Perfect as an espresso, yet smooth enough for any brewing method. This coffee provides notes of orange blossom, papaya, and toffee.
